The Wedding Venue Flowers

Wedding Ceremony

When choosing flowers for your venues think about specific areas such as entrances, pew ends, steps, windowsills, columns, pulpit the altar and tables. Your florist will be able to advise you on this and it may be a good idea to arrange for your florist to see your chosen venue.. It is also a good idea to speak to your priest or minister for church weddings as they may have special conditions or may be able to recommend someone who does their flowers regularly.

Wedding Reception

Bear in mind that flowers are sometimes included in packages for reception venues so be sure to check before ordering any. Consider using bridal party bouquets as means of decorating the top table, this can be very effective and can save you money. Avoid putting large table arrangements on the middle of tables, they may look great but guests will not be able to see each other or the top table. Floral touches such as scattered leaves and delicate napkin decorations can be just as effective in setting whatever mood you want to achieve.
